Celebrate the Web 2011 Announcement

Jenni Powell (@JenniPowell), Mark Hustvedt (@MarkHustvedt), and Olga Kay (@OlgaKay) announce the rules and regulations for the 2011 Celebrate the Web film making competition. In this one week film festival, the participating teams must include all of the elements outlined in this announcement and complete a short film under five minutes in length before time runs out! The completed projects will then be screened at Acme Theater in Hollywood.
