The upcoming comedy THE BLACK PHANTOM may have found it’s leading men. According to reports Jamie Foxx and Kevin Hart are in negotiations to star for director Tim Story, who helmed the original FANTASTIC FOUR films and the recent hit comedy Ride Along.
