Legion of Leia’s Janna Busch on Stan Lee’s Comikaze All Year Long

Jenna Busch sits down with host, Jon Schnepp and Keith Tralins to talk further about Star Wars, #WheresRey, and the very revolutionary Legion of Leia.

A New York transplant living in Los Angeles, Jenna has been on many sides of the entertainment industry. Makeup artist, (don’t stand too close, or she’ll glue something to you) actor, (stopped because she felt that replacing body parts with silicone was the first step towards becoming a cylon) and finally writing, which allows her to work in her pajamas.

Jenna has begun an initiative called Legion of Leia to promote women in sci-fi. The Legion, which has had strong celebrity support, will feature women working in the industry, hold contests to help young women get their names and work out there and give sci-fi fans a place to discuss their love of the genre.

LA’s largest pop culture celebration has decided to party all year long!
Stan Lee’s Comikaze is Los Angeles’ first and only large-scale, multi-media pop culture convention. Partnering with comic legend Stan Lee himself and Elvira, Mistress of the Dark, Comikaze is the only pop-culture convention owned and operated by true pop-culture icons!

Where do you go to get your geek on the rest of the year? Right here on Comikaze All Year Long where we extend community and create conversation with fans all year long. Host Jon Schnepp (The Death of Superman Lives, What Happened?, AMC Movie Talk, Sweaty Nerds) is joined each month by people you need to know! And he talks to them about sh*t you want to hear!!! Jon will be joined by Comikaze Family & Friends, and we’ll bring you three of them in each episode, to discuss what’s hot and what’s not in the world of pop culture. Each episode Stephanie Presssman keeps us up to speed on geek lifestyle and Comikaze’s own Keith Tralins shares insider news on what’s going on and “the main event”.

Join us this fall at the LA Convention Center and online all year long, as we connect the community and showcase the cool in comics!
